Notice for Shipping
We currently offer the following shipping methods for international delivery:
1.Air Parcel Service /E-Express Mail Service
This is our default shipping method. Airmail Parcel is available to all countries and areas. It takes about 6-14days to reach you depending on your location. The tracking number is enclosed but online checking is not available. Please be aware that a slight delay could happen due to different factors such as customs inspection. The tracking number status is only updated after its arrival in the designated destination. The shipment status will not be updated during the delivery.
2.Express Mail Services Speedpost (EMS)
Express Mail Services (EMS) Speed Post : (Limitation for EMS delivery. There are some countries that are not accessible. For example, some South America Countries, Countries in Africa region.)
EMS is available to most countries. It usually takes 2 to 5 days to reach depending on your location. Online tracking is available at your local post office website. We recommend this shipping method as it is quick and prevents any unlikely events of loss or damage during delivery from Hong Kong overseas. The tracking number status is only updated after its arrival in the designated destination. The shipment status will not be updated during the delivery.
3.Service Mail ( Contact customer service to require service mail service)
Service Mail is available to all countries and areas. It takes about 60-90 days to reach you depending on your location. The tracking number is enclosed but online checking is not available, the status is usually updated once the shipment arrives at the designated location. Please be aware that a slight delay could happen due to different factors such as customs inspection.
4.DHL and FeDex
DHL and FeDex express delivery services take 1-3 business days to most countries.
Toys Wonderland is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer, we ship as soon as possible when the product arrives into our warehouse. The time frame for delivery time is only for reference, there could be numerous factors affecting the delivery time, for example like customs check and postal delivery delay.
Shipping fees are based on actual product weights or dimensions. Dimensional weight reflects how much space a package takes in a truck or plane.
Shipping fees for in stock items: The shipping fees displayed during checkout for in stock items or for items being released are the actual rates you will pay. The rates do not include any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be assessed by the destination country. Please note that some items, due to their size or weight, will require a custom shipping quote at the time of shipment. This will be explicitly stated in the items’ description.
Shipping Fee for pre-orders:
Pre-order shipping fees are estimates, not the actual amount charged for shipping. Therefore, customers may encounter the following scenarios.
- Customers can choose to pay the shipping fee when checking out, the product will be automatically shipped after its arrival in our warehouse. An email will be sent to notify you of the status of the collectable.
- Some products weight and dimensions are not known prior to the release of the product, thus customers will receive an email to pay for the shipping fee.

Shipping fee may also change after the release of the product for various reasons from the vendors, any changes in shipping fee will be noticed via email.
Saving Money on International Shipping
For unparalleled orders, we can ship the orders together, but please notice our customer service at CS@toyswonderland.com, otherwise we would not be able to process your request.
Combining shipment will save your shipping cost and allow carrier to deliver all the orders at the time most suitable to you
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range of when the shipment can be expected for delivery.
If you are purchasing a pre-order, the number of business days expected for delivery after the item has arrived at our facility will be displayed
The delivery estimate should only be used as a general guideline. There are many factors including customs clearance that can delay delivery. Shipments sent through a private carrier such as DHL,FedEx and Hong Kong PostSe can have more reliable and consistent delivery times. Shipments that are sent through the mail can take considerably longer than the stated delivery times.
Products lost in transit occasionally occur. customers are reminded to take all responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the shipment leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will not issue refunds or ship replacements under any circumstance. These shipping methods generally do not offer tracking.
Freight forwarders can be an economical and practical shipping solution for customers.There are some additional conditions to be aware of when using a freight forwarder. Please be aware that we use the term freight forwarder as a broad definition to include actual companies that specialize in freight forwarding as well as friends or family who are willing to ship packages to you.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after your shipment has been delivered to your freight forwarder. This means we will not refund or provide a replacement for any merchandise that has been exported beyond the original delivery address. To minimize this risk, you should instruct freight forwarders to refuse any shipments that arrive damaged.
- Our return policy does not apply to any items shipped to a freight forwarder. All sales are considered final and may not be returned.
When ordering from Toys Wonderland you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local Customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that could be requested in order for you to receive your package. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are not sure about the customs and import charges, please contact your local customs office regarding the problem to avoid any misunderstandings since the cost varies across countries.
International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without the original care taken when your shipment left our warehouse. We have no control over this process and thus cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experienced a complication with your local Customs agency we recommend that you follow up with them directly.
If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed of for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees) we will not refund any product or shipping.
Unfortunately all products cannot be shipped to all destinations. Some manufacturers have licensing agreements and only allow us to sell their products in specific countries. Product restrictions may also include items that are too large to ship internationally or replicas that are prohibited by Customs. If there are restrictions on a specific product it will be detailed in the description of the product details page. If you try to purchase an item that is not allowed to ship to a specific country we will cancel and refund any ineligible items in your order.
In some situations we may not know that a product is too large to ship to some destinations until we have received it at our warehouse. If this happens we will contact you to try to arrange an alternate form of delivery. In some cases we may just need to cancel and refund your order.
For products shipped internationally please be aware of the following:
- Manufacturers' warranties may not be valid
- Manufacturer service options may not be available
- Product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be written in the destination country's language
- The products and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, or labeling requirements
- Products may not conform to destination country voltage or other electrical standards, requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate

When will the order be dispatched?
- After we receive full payment, we will dispatch the package within 3 business days
- Certain products take more time to process(e.g. 7 or 5 business days), the processing time will be shown in those products. Unless otherwise stated, all other products usually take 3 business days
We always ensure your collectible is well packaged, every order will be bubble wrapped along with an extra box to secure your collectible from any damages.
- If the product you receive are defective, you may return it to us following the guidelines in our Return Policy
Can I ship my order to a freight forwarder?
- Yes. You are welcome to use a freight forwarder. Please read the section about freight forwarders above for more information.
Does Toys Wonderland include an invoice with every order?
- We include an invoice with every shipment.
Does Toys Wonderland offer expedited shipping options?
- Yes, we offer DHL and FedEx as express shipping methods, using express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. However, please be reminded that unexpected delays may also happen due to various factors like customs inspection.
You don't currently ship to my country. Will you add it so I can place an order?
- Please contact customer service. In some cases we are able to add additional countries.
The item I want is too big to ship. What are my options?
- Order a carrier to our office address for delivery pick-up
- Contact a freight forwarder for delivery service
- Contact customer service at CS@toyswonderland.com for details. We can arrange service mail or other mailing service.
Will Toys Wonderland under-declare the total value of my order upon request?
No. By law we are required to declare the actual value of the products purchased on all customs paperwork.
I refused my package or my package is being "returned to sender". What next?

Why does the shipping status of E-express remains unchanged for a long time ?
- The expected delivery time for E-express is 7-21 business days. The shipping status will only be updated after its arrival on the designated country. Any custom or postal problems may contribute to delays on shipment.
